With an emphasis on African American businesses, CTAAC is progressively building economic opportunities, providing small business resources and cultivating equity, and prosperity for all. 

Our History

The Cen-Tex African American Chamber of Commerce has proudly served McLennan County since February 3, 2004, establishing a rich history in Central Texas. The Chamber serves as a non-profit association dedicated to improving the economic, education, and cultural opportunities of its membership and community.


The Cen-Tex African American Chamber of Commerce membership includes many of the area’s leading industries, retail providers, and budding entrepreneurs. Membership is open to anyone in and out of Central Texas.
